A spontaneous, improvisational happening in downtown Cleveland amidst the pulse of the city on a weekday evening. Busses pass, children play, business folk head home from work, and here, in the water fountain, we dance. How does curiosity disrupt patterns of productivity and business as usual? Who has permission to linger and play in public space? What does the dancing body spark in collective imagination?
