This solo explored archetypes of mother and monastic through movement, voice, and material relationship. Engaging the voice as instrument and somatic tool, this performance took the shape of an improvisational ritual structure.

Coming from research and personal relationship with religious women past and present, I played with discipline and wildness, finding pathways and edges of mothering the self, land, and wider rings of community.
